Refund policy

Returns are accepted on all items as long as they are returned within 14 days and in a saleable condition (still in packaging, with tags etc.). The buyer in responsible for return postage (to our UK Office). You can expect a refund within 3-4 days of a safe return to us. Please use a tracked method of postage and hold on to postage receipts.

Please note that personalised items can not be returned.

We cannot arrange exchanges so if you would like an exchange (e.g. for a incorrect size) you would have to re-order the item you require and go through the returns process on the original.
